Walk-ins are welcome during business hours for drop-offs, pickups, and quick alteration questions. For full fittings — especially suits, formalwear, and wedding gowns — we recommend booking ahead so we can give you our full attention. Book a tailoring appointment.

The starting prices on our services pages are real, but final pricing is always confirmed in person. Fabric, structure, condition, and how much work the garment actually needs all factor in. We'll quote you before any work starts — no surprise charges.

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don't accept personal checks. Department billing accounts are available for first-responder agencies — see the first responders page.

Not at this time. We're a single-location shop and prefer to inspect every garment in person before and after the work. We do offer priority same-day turnaround for items dropped off before 9 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Standard turnaround for most alterations is 7–10 business days. Express (3–5 business days) and rush (24–48 hours) options are available for an additional fee — we'll confirm both the surcharge and feasibility before starting.

Most off-the-rack suit alterations are done in one fitting and one pickup. Significant restructure work, or a custom build, may require two or three fittings to dial in the cut.

Bring the garment, the shoes you'll wear with it, and any undergarments or accessories (belt, vest, etc.) that affect the fit. For dresses with a specific bra requirement, bring that too.

An original hem keeps the factory-finished edge of the jeans — the worn, faded stitching line — and reattaches it after the length is taken up. The result looks untouched. It costs a little more than a plain hem and is worth it on selvedge or vintage denim.

Yes — we work on leather, suede, lace, beaded, and embroidered garments. These require special handling and are quoted individually at fitting.

48 hours. Items dropped off before 9 a.m., Monday through Friday, can be picked up the same day at no extra charge.

Yes. Fluff & Fold is our wash, dry, and fold service for everyday laundry: t-shirts, jeans, activewear, sheets, and towels. Drop it off and it comes back folded and bagged. Anything in the bag that needs dry cleaning or a press, tell us at drop-off and we'll route it. See Fluff & Fold.

We treat every stain by hand before cleaning and have a high success rate, but we won't make promises until we've seen the garment. Some stains (especially oil, ink, or red wine) become permanent if heat-set or left to age — bring items in as soon as you can.

Yes. Leather and suede go through their own hand process — a standard cycle would stiffen or spot them. Jackets, bags, specialty garments, and even baseball caps are cleaned and conditioned by hand and quoted individually. See leather & suede cleaning.

Absolutely. Our press-only service covers shirts, pants, suits, dresses, and formalwear. Standard turnaround is 24 hours, and same-day is available for drop-offs before 9 a.m. on weekdays.

We recommend your first fitting at least 8 weeks before the wedding to allow time for two or three fittings. Rush appointments are available — call the shop and we'll do everything we can.

Yes. Bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom dresses, groom and groomsmen suits and tuxedos, and prom and formal dresses are all part of our wedding and special occasion work. Book the party together and we'll coordinate the fittings.

Yes. After the wedding, we'll clean the gown and prepare it in an acid-free preservation box for long-term storage. Cleaning and preservation packages start at $295 — see wedding dress cleaning & preservation.

Active law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, and military personnel receive 10% off all tailoring and dry cleaning, every visit. Simply show department or agency ID at drop-off — no application or paperwork required.

Yes — immediate household members are included. We just ask that the cardholder come in once to verify, after which the household account is on file.

Yes. For agencies that handle uniform care centrally, we offer department-wide accounts with consolidated monthly billing. Get in touch and we'll walk through the details.

We can usually return duty uniform alterations and pressing within 24 hours when you let us know it's needed. There's no upcharge for priority service on uniform work for active first responders.
